Change Personalities and Manifest the Future

Inherent to wishing our lives to be different is an acknowledgment of a future that diverges from the present. However, we often find it difficult to change and manifest that desired future, coming back to the same New Year’s resolutions and goals; wanting a particular job, relationship, friends, and family. We imagine a future littered with so many different details. Yet, the future eludes us; looking very similar to the present.

Self-Compassion

It’s time to shine the illuminating light of awareness on ourselves and become conscious of our thoughts and the emotions derived from them. With every thought; neurons fire; chemicals are released into the body which result in accompanying emotions. Suddenly, we can feel sad, anxious, or depressed while being unaware of how we arrived at that state of feeling.
